Espressif Systems (688018.SH) is excited to announce that our ESP ZeroCode reference product, the Wi-Fi LED Lamp – Full Color based on the ESP32-C3 SoC, has successfully achieved the Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA) Product Security Certification. This milestone enhances the value delivered by products built with ESP ZeroCode and underscores our commitment to providing Affordable Security in the Internet of Things (IoT).  

The Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA)  is a prominent industry organization dedicated to improving accessibility, safety, and functionality within the Internet of Things (IoT). To address the challenges of fragmented cybersecurity, it established the Product Security Working Group (PSWG), which aims to create a standardized certification framework 

The PSWG’s IoT Device Security Specification (1.0) includes  several specific device security provisions like device identity, secure storage, secure communication, and more. IoT Device Manufacturers must demonstrate compliance with those provisions, supplying justifications and evidence to an Authorized Test Laboratory with expertise in security evaluation and experience certifying products relative to this specification. 

We are particularly pleased to introduce an option for our customers to participate in the 'Verified Mark' program within the ZeroCode workflow. This program allows customers to opt for the Product Security Verified Mark, signifying their commitment to robust security practices. This not only enhances the credibility of our products but also provides customers with tangible evidence of compliance with industry standards.
